Mikronesia (Michael McDermott) is a composer, sound designer and musician. Mikronesia's music bridges the gaps between soundscapes, warm noise, dub, trip-hop and modern composition. He has scored original music for dance, film and installations. He has also been commissioned to write chamber music pieces for flutes, strings and electronics. Mikronesia is the keyboardist / producer behind Gemini Wolf and co-founder of earSnake.
